Kathryn Alcarez, DO
Dr. Kathryn Alcarez is an experienced Primary Care Physician, specializing in Internal Medicine in Manhattan for the past 13+ years. Her caring approach to her patients is to provide the best preventative care modalities and evidence based medicine possible to maintain their long term health and wellness. She went to undergrad at Boston University, 4 year medical school at UNECOM in Maine, and did her 3 year Internal Medicine residency training at Lenox Hill Hospital, UES Manhattan, NYC.
Howard Antosofsky, MD
Dr. Howard Antosofsky has been a practicing gastroenterologist since 1991. He is also an Assistant Attending in the Department of Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Antosofsky’s clinical areas of interest and expertise include: colonoscopy, endoscopy, and acid reflux disorders. He practices internal medicine and his specialty is gastroenterology.
Ruvan Shein, MD
Dr. Ruvan Shein is a practicing gastroenterologist and internal medicine physician. After completing his residency, he was awarded the Bowen-Brooke Scholarship and undertook a research fellowship in Hepatology in London, England. Dr Shein currently is in private practice at Manhattan Internal Medical Associates in Midtown Manhattan. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Heather McCartney, FNP-BC
Heather McCartney, FNP-BC is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Long Island University where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree. She worked as a Registered Nurse in Med-Surg in the Mount Sinai Health System for 6 years. She is committed to delivering personalized primary care and building long-lasting trusted relationships with her patients. She approaches health in a holistic manner with a focus on lifestyle modifications such as diet and exercise, and preventative measures.
Robert A. Udesky, MD
Dr. Udesky graduated from the Washington University School of Medicine in 1970. He works in New York, NY and is a practicing Internal Medicine Physician. Dr. Udesky is affiliated with Mount Sinai Beth Israel Brooklyn Medical Center.
Howard J. Siegel, MD
Dr. Howard Siegel is a gastroenterologist in New York, New York. He received his medical degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He has been published and written extensively on treatments for irritable bowel syndrome and gastritis. Dr Siegel is one of the founding partner of Manhattan Internal Medicine Associates, P.C.

Cardiologist with 20 years of experience and he is currently a Cardiovascular Surgeon at the prestigious NYU Langone Medical Center. Throughout his career, Dr. Sanghi has practiced a unique approach to preventive care that is centered around diagnostic excellence for the most successful treatment plans for his patients.
Jennifer L. Torre, MSN, FNP-BC
Jennifer Torre, MSN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained a B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University and then rounded our her studies at Emory University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing. She is committed to keeping her patients at the center of their care and thrives in her role as patient educator and advocate. She aims to create long-lasting relationships with her patients built on respect and trust, as these relationships fuel her passion for her career.
Our goal is to provide a caring and compassionate environment to achieve health and well being in a soothing and comfortable office environment. We are not a typical private practice where you are just a number. We provide each patient with quality personalized medical care.
